Our Refunds and Returns Policy

Accessible Places honours manufacturer’s warranties.

To determine your product’s warranty, check the online user instructions and/or warranty card.

Returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Accessible Places before shipping.

They must include original packaging and must be in a resalable condition.

We will work with the customer and manufacturer to find a solution if there are problems.

If your order arrived damaged, please obtain a return authorization immediately. If the error is ours, you will not be charged for shipping.

We reserve the right to cancel orders. This includes:

  • Product Unavailability
  • Extreme Shipping Costs
  • Incorrect Pricing
  • Any other reasons or no reason

Cancelled orders will notify you via email. A full refund and if possible alternatives are discussed.
