Description

The Rescue Sheet is widely accepted as a vital aid in the rapid evacuation of non-ambulatory patients during emergency situations. The Rescue Sheet is located permanently and unobtrusively under the mattress and does not interfere with bed making. The patient is rescued with their bed mattress to offer protection under the patient, especially when going down stairs.

Features

1. Long pulling straps located at both head and feet ends to allow for multiple rescuers.

2. Strong easy slide material for easy and efficient patient movement. Designed to enable one or more persons to evacuate a person in their mattress during an emergency.

3. Rubber side panels prevents the patient slipping when getting into or out of bed, which lift clear of the floor when secured for an evacuation.

4. Reinforcing cross straps sewn all the way across the sheet adding reinforcement when being pulled across a rough surface. Heavy duty construction for maximum efficiency

5. Installation label ‘This Side Up’ label insuring correct installation on the bed, with space for ward name or number.

6. Plastic strap buckles safer than metal buckles, protecting against injury. They are fully washable.

7. Cross strap press studs press studs contain the cross straps which help prevent straps falling and catching in bed frame or rails.

8. Press studs for the pulling straps help keeping them tucked under the mattress, and easily accessible. Fits all bed models and mattresses
